    Hi Flexy and Agent Cooper,

I dont think I could lay blame on ASX.
The obligation is on PPH to make disclosure as soon as they are away. They knew much earlier than before the price began falling (around 2:30pm) and did nothing.

Apparently the Health Department held a press conference and TGA released a media release at around 2:30pm (I cant confirm this), but that is the exact time that the strong selling came in.

I dont think ASX can be held totally responsible.

As for cancelling trades, well that has never happened. That isnt in ASX powers anyway ... the brokers have to agree to it.

I think the real villian in all this is PPH!!! they are being accussed of manipulating test results, using replacement ingredients ... why not add negligence and fraud to the way they keep the market informed!!!!! In the end, you're are right ... mums and dads feel the worse

    OJ
