H, be assured there is a reason. we may not know the answer until short term events unfold. Why sell for 20% left than you could receive before? Why a second tranche placed 20c above? Who is behind it? There was no cheap stock to be had so it was a suppression play in effect if not in intent but I strongly suspect people holding such holdings are not stupid so tend to favour an ulterior motive.
