my thoughts too H....to my mind cs would be the only beneficiaries to such a play....the lower the asx sp the mor generous their delist offer will be to some and may be a means of extracing a greater number of shares on delist....the takeover option would screw the aussie sharholders, amex & kpool have provided good reasining in other threads as to that being unlikely..... as the directors hold a significant holding and won't allow their vision to be demimnnished....any other thoughts out there G
