I don't believe it's either.
BLG research collaboration with Griffith was announced in September 2017.
The STM and Leti research collaboration was announced in September 2018.
Neither party seems to have IP in this specific area yet' so I assume they are both just doing research in the same field.
Again, typical of BLG, we have heard nothing of any progress or otherwise on this.
Just file it in the big box with all the other collaborations from the years past.
