...the question is how much do these clowns want to make on their $270k 'investment' ?...
...if you take into account the last parcel they obtained @ 1.1c..then , allowing for averaging down , I'd say the price could be pumped to 2cents before the big bail-out......

...P.S. what happened to that escrow period of 6 months ?...obviously they can't wait that long...should see some action pretty soon...
