For a start they don't seem capable of making smart decisions...thewy have the smartest scientists and the best potential ever products but Vagif needs some profesional help now from some high calibre pro directors not just the "old Guard" that is entrenched there now. EG the issue of shares or options (even though performance based is not the way...it should be done with a Share Buy Back Plan over several years that then would support the SP and minimise water down effect. Then and again I am having a non-frosty day... What a ride...reshuffles taking place...wait for the next few weeks as it holds very great promise this period. Very.
