No it's not Wealth ... whenever a large position is bought or sold, institutional traders automate the large order in small increments to keep from altering the price levels.
Think about it ... if a 2 million order got flopped into the buy side, all the sellers would immediately hike their prices ... that's why they use bots ... and they can because the institutions don't pay per-trade commissions like us.
