very strange / unusual to see a mojor shareholder, who is represented on the board trading stock in such a manner. What is disappointing is that given it was the same 15m traded, that WIN are still in the stock and thus the overhang continues. The 20m trade was close to the 3% limit allowable under the creep provisions, so givent hey then sold 15m it will be interesting to see if they buy another 15m.

Still doesn't look like good practice from a governance viewpoint.
