Have a look at the latest letter to the AER by Coalspur.

Apparently the hearing with tourmaline was opened despite tourmaline withdrawing, in other words AER has 90 days to make up its mind despite there being no interveners. Looks likeAER raised some queries...

As such CPL is requesting they make up their mind within 30 days especially if the 13 jean hearing doesn't go ahead.

I now believe more strongly in the suspicions that there is someone with influence putting up hurdles - someone who would benefit from a delay - eg the other thermal coal producer..

This is why we didn't crack the 30cent ,mark....

The way I read the letter cpl is banking on Alexis withdrawing as an intervener...let's hope they do that well in advance so that the same thing doesn't happen...
