first home buyers grant and insulation scheme NEVER sounded good to wise people !

they were dreamed up as vote winners (for dummies) and by people that are so DETACHED from those 'topics' (of buying themselves a first house or fixing one) that the only way we can use them as advisors is by doing exactly OPPOSITE from what they recommend !

i think the premise of this later topic (ethical hoarding) is that you shouldn't speculate on something everyone NEEDS for 'minimum requirements'...like food,water and shelter !!!

...and i agree that regulation is needed in order to prevent the 'less ethical' amongst us (who argue that "it's all bussines"...) from gaining foothold in those markets in such a manner as to 'cause prices of those 'minimum requirement' articles to grow 'out of reach' of ANYONE let alone everyone !!!
