governmanet might not be able to fix it with 'super'...
there will be nothing in it for 'voter;s sake'...banks will be to blame and any/all governments will declare that situation is "this or die" and they 'have to bail out' (like they did in US)...
thats the 'genius' behind this fiasco !
i also agree with the poster that mentions reasons behind this 'oversight'...not the biggest conspiracy fan but...it does sound too large (a mistake) to have been overlooked so readily !
what will we have to surender in order to get 'bailed out' ?
