this thread has been extremely informative, i will keep looking at this thread in the future for great posts...at the end of the day we all have to be real ! The situation for property investors (those in the last 24 months) does not look very good.
if you have plenty of equity you may be able to ride out the storm, otherwise act responsibly, better to sell an investment property to protect your own home, than bury your head in the sand and think everything is ok
