I really have only 2 mins before i need to go out, but briefly, i don't think that this is all that terrible. I don't even know what it is to be used for yet so i will reserve the right to adjust my comment when i do know.

As for timing, it may actually be brilliant timing. Say they announced TI results and quarterlies in 2-3 weeks from now, then announce a cap raising. What is going to give the share price a kick up the butt then? Yes, there are other ann's coming, but i really think that whatever this is for, getting it out of the way now is the best thing for us all.

I didn't see this coming, but it was obviously planned, and more importantly, needed (for something). Let's just accept it and move on mate. No point in having sour grapes over something that will end up just being a blip on the radar. I don't have time, but as far as poor management goes, this pales into insignificance against at least 1000 other things done by managers of other companies.

If she dips, look at it as your chance to grab some more mate.
