My estimate is that they will issue at least another 500m shares
ie $40mill / 8cps (maybe 7cps or less)
That will take FML from about 3b to at least 3.5 billion
This becomes a joke and would require a soon to follow SC.
I'd prefer an extreme SC, say 50:1, to take FML out of the 'joke' area.
Hence 3.5b / 50 = 70m
8cps * 50 = $4.00
Probably be able to pick up some some for $3.50
All conjecture.
