My bet is the the news of the gold pour will be announced in conjunction with a broader announcement of improved monthly output targets for gold.
The whole process of getting everything bedded down and functioning is time consuming and prone to glitches. Not least of these is improved security when this amount of gold is on hand and needs to be securely stored and transported. Another factor is governments' require stingent audits to be in place to ensure that taxes are levied at the correct amount. All in all this will be a good news story when it breaks and I expect major interest both here and in London.
