They will extract the Scandium from the get go!
Then they will STOCKPILE it.
Then they will be able to provide proof they will be the only reliable source of continuing Scandium oxide to the aerospace and vehicle industries?
Proof obtained - auction for off take agreements.
Are they going to cream it or not!
