My understanding was the high grade scandium was separate from the high grade cobalt [on the periphery of it], but that they would mine the lower grade scandium off the cobalt pile. They talk a lot about flexibility, and I understand that to mean, depending on market conditions, they could scoop up dirt higher in cobalt, nickel, or scandium, depending on whatever is paying more at any given time.
