Whereas we certainly do not deserve to be dudded by what has continued to be very lack-lustre peformance of our Comapany;
Lets hope we can establish a bit of hard-core UNITY going forward because if we continue to turn away from having the upheaval which is going to be required to get things sorted inside EGO, we will deserve whatever negative outcomes that befall us.
We deserve better, and it is now up to us as a collective to demand better, and to bring together the combined influence required and apply appropriate pressure in an informed and ethical campaign to achieve the changes required to tackle the issues the Company faces head-on.

I don't actually have great issue with the idea of having a highly paid CEO. But it should certainly be a given that the person in the job is
Dynamic and Capable and able to lead the enteprise forward. Can anybody demonstrate there is solid proof that the person we have is pulling his executive weight?
After three years of promises, I sincerely doubt that there is the force of evidence in his favour. If he hasn't realized his vision for EMPIRE, or established that he is well on track in the time he has been there? How can anyone expect things to improve from where we are now, under the current leadership?
The changes we are demanding must start at the Top Levels.
