Hitched the way i see it is that MS has gotten around a problem in a roundabout way.

He always intended to dilute CVI somewhat but to increase shareholder value by much more. The subprime crisis, stalling Angolan governments and overly conservative Australians have seen our sp plummet to a point where all the value would be gone if we diluted from that point....so he has gone offshore to find another entity to dilute in a more understanding enviroment. that will retain the value as he had first hoped and then that entity will be eventually swallowed by CVI. May seem a bit complex to some by not much else he could do if the ASX can't recognize value.

It's a great outcome.
