very good question. That is actually what I read from the announcement as well, but I might be wrong here. Everyone is talking '90 % of the company is gone to the banks' , but I don't think so. As I understand the more debt is payed off the lower the dilution.
To be honest I"m waiting that SWAP is giving his (or her)views. He seems to be quite capable in understanding those contracts.

So, SWAP, if you are out there and hear us, give us some input to those questions as I'm very confused.

There are many interpretations on HC but I think no one is really on the money yet.
