PAA make me think of the Spanish dictator Franco, who, when Hitler, who had provided him with massive support during the Spanish Civil War and was at the peak of his success after conquering France in an amazing 6 weeks, made him wait on Spanish-French border by arriving an hour late. Deliberately.
