A cross-trade I know about and they trotted this one out for me but said mine was different and they'd never seen it before. Apparently they are looking into the system. I've been guaranteed I'll get the trade by COB whatever happens nwhich is good but not the issue.
I don't see this as anything other than a tweaky gazump but I'd love to think this is an honest tech error and not a shady deal.
