What to do as a shareholder

    Hi everyone!

    I am a small investor with little knowledge of trading. Now that CTP has received the offer and the board has approved, what do we do as shareholders? Specifically, what happens if I don't sell and keep my shares? Will they get liquidated? When is that likely to happen?

    Appreciate all your help, and sorry for the basic questions!
