If you are in Sydney you may care to attend a meeting tomorrow evening convened by the Central Petroleum Shareholders Association (CPSA) where Mr Cottee will be addressing the meeting and answering questions.
Arrive at 6 p.m the meeting starts at 6.30 p.m Location details will be supplied soon I am just waiting to advised
If you cant attend then you may care to log onto a Skye address ( which is being set up) and see and hear what happens
Specifically, what happens if I don't sell and keep my shares?
You will remain a Shareholder until you sell or another ( if any) offer is made)
Will they get liquidated?
Not a consequence the meeting tomorrow evening It is just meeting to hear why the Board has recommended the sale of shares to Mac Bank
