Don't underestimate what is going on in the background, the CPSA's path forward requires strategy and planning, not emotional bluster.

The CPSA is looking to improve the lot of minority shareholders, in whatever is the best scenario taking into consideration all the information able to be obtained. That is what we were led to believe our board was doing too, but unfortunately it appears they have been bought out by our predator.

Note that the CPSA is not bound to assist Macquarie as our board and management are currently obligated to do per the terms of the document signed last Friday. It is to our benefit the CPSA takes a professional and measured approach here.
