I'm not in Centro right now but the capitulation in the SP was a bit of a surprise.
I'm with you on this one. ASIC were always going to have to "investigate" Centro. The amount of people burnt by it meant that ASIC will at least have to open a file.
But really ASIC are very unlikely to find anything the market doesnt already know.
The "investigations" of ASIC are really just so they can appear to be standing up for the supposed little guy - but in reality they aren't doing anything.
There's nothing in today's news that materially affected Centro.
I'm surprised by the fall but it shows just how nervous people are with this stock right now.
Friday is not shaping up as a good day I don't think as no-one will want to hold over the weekend when who knows what can happen.
Today's news was really a non-event. Still looking at Centro sub 50c - could happen tomorrow.
