Even though they have/ had about $8.2 mill in bank at end of quarter perhaps don’t discount a cap raising .
Sometimes best to take the opportunity when things are hot to fill their coffers a bit more
( note CHN did this just recently after a little run even tho they had $ in bank )
Money availability may tighten up over all soon and it makes good sense to grab more now from a company view point .
