With profits from this year due to high oil prices and the sale of BMG and African assets ROC could have $200M in the bank at the end of the year. I hope they spend it wisely but a small dividend would be great. But with China's hunger for oil and high oil prices I wouldn't be suprised if ROC's on the radar of some Chinese companies. Management wants to concentrate their efforts in Asia and might be deliberately playing into Chinese hands.
