    My advice is to invest $100k in HDR.

    The rest in resource, gold & silver stocks. Some to look at :-
    NCM, HIG, OXR, JAK, MDS, MMN, AUZ, THX, URL.

    Smart move to stay away from real estate for at least a few years. By then returns from above will buy you a serious Sydney property !!
