That’s it in a nutshell no one will do business with the current BOD in Thailand absolutely no one because of the way they did business and upset so many people that the only decent asset they had was closed down. What bank or wealth fund would back this ageing board of directors who own a tiny % of the business they say they back it’s a joke.
Change is required fast before the cash is spent by this lifestyle BOD.
Reminder excluding Ross the total holding of shares by the remaining directors is less than 0.14% not a vote of confidence is it really........
