Not ideal, I'm with Sunsuper (now ART), my balance changes most days as well, but seems to be delayed by anywhere from 2 to 4 (weekends) days. As Q super and Sunsuper have now merged to become ART, maybe you are in a similar situation. All sorts of delays are in the system, during the Covid crash I called and questioned Sunsuper on the cutoff time for a change of investment and how unit prices would be calculated considering the international and hence 24 hour nature of the investment. With the volatility, ASX was often up at close while SP500 down in real time or vice versa due to the extreme volatility. I was trying to time an exit on a double up spike on the markets such that I would catch both. To cut a long story short, I still don't understand exactly how the timing works. I gave up and just held through the whole thing. I think the lesson I learnt was if you want in or out you need to be well ahead of time for things to take effect, they are not equipped to deal with rapid changes that need to take effect immediatly. Maybe someone else out there in Hotcopper Land could shed some more light on how the super systems work with regard to change of investment options, buy/sell timing and calculation/display of balance/unit prices?
Good luck, hope you sort it out.
