As appealing as many of these suggestions are..exactly how far will society go..i mean literally..we cant go on like this..alot of these firebugs are known to police and are repeat offenders..whatever we have done in the past clearly doesnt work for all..
But how far will the legal fraterity take it..
personally,id do away with them..but as that wont happen.. id lock the repeat offenders for life[although i like the quarry idea]
first offenders MUST spend a considerable time in prison,any offender released from prison should be micro-chipped like a dog and monitored..
I already think these ideas are too lenient..im really not sure what would work to keep all parties happy..community safety must come first..perhaps its just throw away the key...
