I doubt that, these guys Lonestar are opportunists I beleive watching other cases they involved, grab control and sell and make quick buck without pay the premium. If they don't get what they want they will dump their holding.

At best I would say put some of their best director candidates in and remove Vicky to balance out the board of management would be more benefit as current board obviously doesn't seem to working and they sit too long and band together with CEO. But I wouldn't recommend an outright hand over control to Lonestar either. If they want to be in driver seat, take a bigger stake
