    Thanks Marty24 & Jiantan86

I completely missed that document and the link to the website they have set up.

There are some really good points raised in that document.

However that document is also screaming out to me that, they simply don't understand that JC is the problem.

The Q&A on the website re-enforces that view, they do not understand who they are dealing with or what lengths he will go to.

At the moment from the Q&A it doesn't look like Schroders has made up its mind yet.

I find it hard to believe Lone Star can claim to have such a good reputation when the company has only been going for such a short period of time.

I'm also shocked that they have not picked up on the extravagant $26.4M spent last year on drilling & completing less than 6 net wells. It fundamentally needs investigated

They make no mention either of trying to reduce the cost of vertical wells.

That last presentation has come back to haunt the board, yet Lone Star hasn't picked up on all the errors either.

    Right now -

I would vote for Bill Fairhurst because he has the right skill set as far as I'm concerned.

I'm inclined towards Eric Hyman as well, but would like to know more about his skill set before I'd vote yes

I don't think both Jeffrey Eberwein & Aaron Kennon are required, they both have roughly the same skill set etc & are not true oil & gas people.

I'm not sure what Michael Sharwood is going to bring to the table.

    LOTM
