The current BOD has been given enough time already (at least more than two years to get the share price to a dollar or more) and deserves no more sympathy . My view is that if lone star was not on the horizon, the share price will still languish in low to mid thirties.

Make no mistake, everyone in this game is on its own. We, the shareholders cry when our capital is diminished . Now the BOD jobs are on the line, they are crying the loudest as it will hit their hip pocket ( this crying is not for our hip pockets).

We are in a bit of dilemma now re what to do next. Preserving the status quo is not going to benefit us at all and giving control to a new party can be fraught with danger. Any sensible suggestions welcome where the shareholders retain the whip hand for a change.
