Perhaps the likes of Strats & Niu or others can assimilate this info better post Baragatan and see what intrinsic & potential value their is for NDO?
IMO I'm convinced the SP has been capped for this TO and this has been worked on for some time...as the Boards 'Plan B' if Baragatan came up dry.
