Not sure if I agree with your comments anz ottos top 20 hold 70% of shares on issue with the two German brothers owning the best part of half the co noting they paid multiple of the sp to get in the first place. However it would depend on the offer a 17 cent offer or ~70% increase over the recent vwap might untie a few large holders. Would be nice as I have shares in otto but I think that might be drawing a connection one step too far.
