Correct me if I'm wrong here but as I understand it, we don't actually get to vote but rather have the option of sending in our acceptance of the offer or hanging on to it! It would have been amusing to get to read an independant wanker's (or is that experts) report but alas we will have to rely on the Board's gratuitous self interested waffle (Target's statement). My advice is that this reading material is only to be taken on an empty stomach to avoid the onset of any nausea.
