When you raised money at 2c, and had 40% dilution did that make sense? For a cash flow rich company?

Did you really need to raise money? or could NDO have arranged debt finance?
Could NDO have sold Tindalo, Yakal, X1 for more than 2m ?
Now you have a major holder, who only paid 2c !!! and guess what, he can hold the price down, so that a 5.5c looks attractive!!
