When you raised money at 2c, and had 40% dilution did that make sense? For a cash flow rich company?
Did OEL ever have this trouble?
Or was it the first move in a strategic play to steal the whole company.
Did you really need to raise money? or could NDO have arranged debt finance?
Could NDO have sold Tindalo, Yakal, X1 for more than 2m ?
Now you have a major holder, who only paid 2c !!! and guess what, he can hold the price down, so that a 5.5c looks attractive!!
