In a nut shell, If i was in your shoes, I would not buy any more PGA because of its significant drop in price and uncertainity that it went through. PGA on a good day is not moving half a cent above the .10 mark something is controlling it there :-P, In my opinion i would invest money else where and try to retrive the losses of PGA (balance it out)and write it off with tax.
