Ah but that is the important key. To illustrate here's three possible extreme scenarios :
A. You need the money for a lifesaving operation for a loved one.
B. You fancy taking the local barmaid for a weekend frolic to Surfers.
C. You have a certain winner at the races - you expect to get ten to one odds.
Selling CTP? - Blalance the decision with the alternative use/need of the money, IMO
