Waggamick, It depends what you call a small holding and at what price you bought in.

With Commsec, you can open a free International Account and then have one sell transaction on the SGX for $65 or.75% commission. All transactions after the 1st will be $130 or 1% commission.
If you have less than say 5000 shares and bought them for less than $2.00 it may be best to sell just before they delist from the ASX around 15 Nov. Hopefully LNC should rise just before delisting.
Others may have a different opinion.
