Here were the costs, the FX spread is something to take into consideration as well. Saxo seemed much cheaper than others?

SGX exchange has a small per transaction cost/ tax.
T - 0
SGX account can be AUD or SD
Currency Clearing 0.5% (only need to do this when you move $ from SG to Oz)
+ FX Interbank spread 0.08 for SGD AUD currently (way below bank rates)
