This statement by salty sums up the current predicament. Not clever of the board and its legal representatives not to have some type of penalty clause for late settlement or at least a sunset clause. I have an ill feeling and have a call waiting for Andrew M to return. I will put the question to him. The other question I have is the $12.2m sale deposit, why it does not show in the Q2 accounts?
