I am currently voting NO, but will hold off submitting my vote until a week or so prior to the meeting. I will give management time to properly communicate the purpose of the CR. If in fact it is for $70m as posted in another thread, then there better be a plan on how it will be spent, a farm-out agreement for djifere, or maybe the sale of some useless assests would also be welcomed. DOC needs to come soon, lack of DOC is hurting the company and the shareholder.
