i am not in gel but offer my previous experience with director selling in smalls.i have rung the co.secretary many times with smalls and have found a few reasons 4 the selling.the main one acceptable to me, is that the director has lent money to the coy in the past ,often at precarious times for the coy survival.shares are issued to that director in lieu--so he wants his money back .i have no problem with that.some generalisations are just... that.look at vre,for e.g --goes against all the hot under the collar outbursts in the above posts.
