I do not even think about who is or is not honest in jurisdiction terms, I just do my investments on the platforms offered, locally thats largly the ASX. Whether authorities do or do not police things as they should is not my concern, in fact I treat it much the same as I did as a football player, the ref kept the rules, be he right or wrong, I played the ball to the best of my ability on the field. That was enough for me, complaining or trying to correct something that we have an army of experts working on decade in and decade out was not of my interest. Just how I deal with it, these things are of course very personal.
