My numbers where wrong. United is paying $9 per licence for full 3 years which is about $3 per licence per year. Thats the main reason why licence fees have dropped. Can anyone explain how they can make any reasonable money from these large clients? If normal paying customers have a CAC of 18months then what do these large clients have?
