As far as RAP/Pfizer is concerned haggis I would assume that when the accounts were established would not be relevant.
I certainly wasn’t seeking to imply that people were currently establishing multiple accounts in order to have ‘multiple heads’. Rather I was pointing out that to do so might be counterproductive if they are supporting a NO vote.
As I read those sections, and I may well be wrong, the more multiple accounts there are the less chance of a NO vote being declared valid.
The NO vote can’t rely on a 51% support, or perhaps even 60% support, to get it over the line.
The main point I wanted to make to NO voters was that informing RAP/Pfizer via Hot Copper that they have multiple accounts and will be voting NO may prove to be far less than wise.
I think we can assume that RAP/Pfizer will be keeping a look out for ‘multiple heads’.
